He is sadly among the latest person to be killed while trying to stage a perfect photo or video. Anunoby is currently averaging 16.9 points on 45.7 percent shooting, 5.5 rebounds and a league-leading 2.1 steals per game. He's also one of the league's best, most versatile defenders, as evidenced by his third-place rank in Dunks and Threes' defensive estimated plus/minus. However, Anunoby is a virtual lock to become an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2024 by declining his $19.9 million player option for the 2024-25 season.
