Environmental groups sued President Donald Trump’s administration Thursday for waiving more than two dozen laws meant to protect air, water, land and wildlife to speed up construction of a border wall with Mexico. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) waved 25 environmental regulations in January covering a 20-mile stretch of land along the New Mexico/Mexico border. Further, the same trend was observed over the last ten days (34% vs 3.7%) and one month period (47% vs 7%). The social media giant surpassed the consensus estimates in the recently released fourth-quarter results. While it reported a 4% decline in net revenues to $32.17 billion, the number was still above the expected mark. Along similar lines, the average revenue per user of $10.86 was lower than the previous year’s figure but better than the estimates. Further, the daily active users improved by 4% y-o-y to 2 billion. But among consumers with two accounts, digital banks have a 14% market share, and of Americans with three accounts, they’ve captured 17% of the pie. All told, consumers have 27 million accounts opened with online banks . C VS Health announced its plans to acquire Oak Street Health in a $10.6 billion deal on Wednesday, as the pharmacy retailer and parent company of health insurer Aetna looks to expand its reach into primary care. As Forbes senior contributor Bruce Japsen writes , the move comes amid a broader primary care clinic buyout wave by other retailers. This includes Amazon’s $3.9 billion bid for One Medical in July and investments by Walgreens Boots Alliance and health insurer Cigna in VillageMD.
