Jeans have been around since the 1800s and they have undergone a lot of changes. In the ’90s, big and baggy jeans were a popular trend. In the 2000s, skinny jeans and colourful jeans began gaining popularity. Fashion trends come and go, but denim jeans are one item of clothing that will always be a staple in everyone’s closet. It’s the particular style of denim that changes year after year, some decades seeing a rise in baggy jeans, others full of tight, low-rise moments. The trends are so specific that you can probably figure out what year a photo was taken just by looking at the style of jeans being worn. When she's hiring someone new, Rincon doesn't look for someone who's a "rock star." Instead, she looks for people who are humble, care about the people with whom they work, and focus on the user. The term is popping up in more and more job descriptions, but one Googler is not at all interested in hiring "rock stars." Lilian Rincon, director of product management for the Google Assistant program, has grown her immediate team from four to nearly 20 people since she started at the company about two years ago. Chanco is probably the cutest hair model in the history of shampoo ads. Instagram/ Pantene Japan A one-year-old girl from Japan who became an Instagram sensation at a tender age of four months is now a Pantene hair model. And she’s quite possibly the cutest hair model in the history of shampoo ads as well. Chanco (or babychanco as she is known on social media) – who was born in Dec 2017 – is not only fronting advertisements for the shampoo brand in Japan, she is also the star of the P&G brand’s latest #HairWeGo campaign. On Dec 22, Pantene Japan uploaded a video titled “The Hairy Tale”, telling the story of Chanco’s hair from her point of view.
