Hyundai's Palisade SUV received the highest Top Safety Pick+ rating for crash safety performance from the U.S. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, along with Kia's Telluride SUV and the Genesis G90 sedan. [HYUNDAI MOTOR] Three Hyundai and Kia cars earned the highest safety rating, Top Safety Pick Plus (TSP+), from the U.S. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), Hyundai Motor said Sunday. According to the carmaker, Hyundai’s Palisade sport utility vehicle (SUV), Genesis G90 sedan and Kia’s Telluride SUV received the highest rating in the crash safety performance test conducted by the IIHS. The Palisade and G90 were granted the top rating for the second year in a row. Hyundai’s Sonata sedan earned the Top Safety Pick (TSP) mark.
