The deal is valued at P/S of 4.3x (1.8x excluding earnout), which we believe is on the higher side but it is justified by Quant’s (1) high growth profile (3Y organic CAGR of 113%); (2) superior margin of >25%; (3) excellent partnership network (Salesforce, AWS, Adobe, Snowflakes, etc.); and (4) domain capabilities in the BFSI and healthcare verticals. Three Hyundai, Kia cars earn highest safety rating from IIHS

Hyundai's Palisade SUV received the highest Top Safety Pick+ rating for crash safety performance from the U.S. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, along with Kia's Telluride SUV and the Genesis G90 sedan. [HYUNDAI MOTOR] Three Hyundai and Kia cars earned the highest safety rating, Top Safety Pick Plus (TSP+), from the U.S. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), Hyundai Motor said Sunday. According to the carmaker, Hyundai’s Palisade sport utility vehicle (SUV), Genesis G90 sedan and Kia’s Telluride SUV received the highest rating in the crash safety performance test conducted by the IIHS. The Palisade and G90 were granted the top rating for the second year in a row. Hyundai’s Sonata sedan earned the Top Safety Pick (TSP) mark. If one were to assume that EVs are consistently more environmentally friendly than any internal-combustion engine rides, it would make sense that all of the models on this year’s “Greenest List” compiled by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) would run exclusively on battery power, right? But that’s not the case. The remaining models on the ACEEE’s top 12 list are hybrids that run primarily on good old gasoline, albeit assisted by electric power. Women’s Premier League: Franchises attract a number of sponsors, but are they getting due value?

Tata Women's Premier League Franchises of the Women's Premier League (WPL) have struck deals with sponsors for the inaugural season starting from March 4. Brands like fantasy sports platform Dream 11 and consumer durables brand Usha have extended their existing partnership with Mumbai Indians (MI) to its women’s team, and come on board as associate and official partners, respectively. Sponsor support The franchise has got on board a total for seven brands, including Lotus Herbals on the front of the jersey and Ashok Leyland on the back as principal partners. Sonata Software, along with Dream 11, are associate partners, whose logos will be on the lead and non-lead arm. Usha, Max Life Insurance, and Nutrizoe are official partners, with Usha taking up the lead spot on the cap and helmet.
