The NFL has an image problem and, with some players, an actual problem, when it comes to domestic abuse within its ranks. The “No More” campaign, which debuts tonight on Thursday Night Football, is the League’s latest attempt to address the former. The ads, from Y&R New York, feature football superstars like Eli Manning and Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback William Gay, whose mother was killed by an abusive partner. Other voices include league officials like Executive Vice President of Football Operations Troy Vincent, whose mother is a survivor of domestic violence. Lupin on Tuesday posted 65 percent decline in net profit to Rs 221.7 crore in the third quarter ended December, much below analyst expectations due to slide in US generics business and forex losses.Lupin posted Rs 455 crore net profit in the same period of previous year. The lawsuit between Nike and three designers–Marc Dolce, Mark Miner, and Denis Dekovic, who turned in their swoosh to start a hip new design studio for rival Adidas–is starting to heat up. After filing a $10 million lawsuit against the designers on Monday, the Portland-based footwear company has submitted new evidence to the court that cast Dekovic in a negative light, citing computer forensic evidence to show a conspiracy was afoot. advertisement advertisement According to court filings obtained by The Oregonian, after the three Adidas designers announced that they would be leaving the company, Nike executive Holly Hearn packed up their company laptops, hard drives, and thumb drives, and turned them over to CyTech Services, a Virginia company specializing in computer forensics.
