A woman is in the hospital for being shot in the chest after charging another woman with a pogo stick in North Carolina on Wednesday, according to WXII. Winston Salem Police Department (WSPD) received reports of a shooting around 3:45 p.m., but the victim was already being transported to the hospital, according to WXII. Through investigation , police say a fight broke out between multiple people in a parking lot, then a 29-year-old victim attacked the 21-year-old suspect with a pogo stick, according to WFMY. Palasini, who would later be sentenced to 20 years behind bars for various crimes, including fraud, convinced the Toland family to give her control of $340,000 of their funds. Investigating officers from Mueang Nakhon Pathom Police Station arrived at the Nakhon Pathom Hospital at 4pm on Wednesday, March 29 and identified the deceased as 29 year old Kiattichai Wichaita. He was an officer at the Livestock Office District 7 in the province. He reportedly jumped from the 10th floor of the hospital building. A colleague of Kiattichai told police that he appeared to be very stressed when he came to the office that morning but did not disclose any personal issues to anyone.
