Vivo has launched a new variant of the recently-launched Vivo U20 in India. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has introduced a new 8GB RAM variant of the Vivo U20.Launched last month, the smartphone is available in two storage variants with 4GB and 6GB RAM. The third 8GB RAM variant is now available via offline stores for Rs 17,990. With the 8GB RAM model, users would get 128GB internal memory, which can be further expanded via microSD up to 256GB.Customers can also avail 5 percent cashback with HDFC Bank credit card, ICICI Bank credit/debit cards, and Axis Bank credit card transactions on the purchase of the U20 with 8GB RAM.The 4GB + 64GB variant is available online for Rs 10,990, whereas the 6GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs 11,990. 20 of 22 essential food items saw steady price rise in 2019: Centre
The Ministry of Consumer Affairs has said that the retail price of 20 out of 22 essential food items, which are tracked by the government monitor, increased steadily in 2019, according to a report by The Times of India.These include onion, the price of which has increased four times between January and December, the ministry informed Lok Sabha on December 9.According to the report, the ministry submitted the monthly average prices of essential food items, which showed significant increase in the prices of three major pulses – arhar, urad and moong. A handful of architects, including Jennifer Siegal and Lot-Ek, began using them ten years ago as a gritty reaction against the tidy white surfaces of modernism. But nobody has employed shipping containers more inventively than Kalkin, a New Jersey architect and artist who has used them to design luxurious homes, museum additions, and refugee housing. In architectural circles, Kalkin is regarded as something of an oddball.
