KUALA LUMPUR 7 Ogos – AirAsia melancarkan laluan penerbangan baharu dari Kuala Lumpur ke Phu Quoc, Vietnam dengan kekerapan empat kali seminggu bermula 2 November. Ketua Komersial AirAsia Malaysia, Spencer Lee berkata, AirAsia kini menawarkan tambang sehala istimewa termasuk semua untuk ahli BIG bermula RM90. Katanya, tambang promosi tersebut boleh ditempah melalui laman web airasia.com dan aplikasi AirAsia bermula 8 Ogos hingga 19 Ogos bagi tempoh perjalanan 2 November hingga 29 Mac 2019. “Ahli BigPay boleh menikmati sifar caj pemprosesan apabila membayar menggunakan kad BigPay. Selain itu, ahli BIG boleh menebus penerbangan sehala dari Kuala Lumpur ke Phu Quoc dengan hanya 100 mata ganjaran BIG. “Phu Quoc merupakan laluan ke-59 AirAsia Malaysia dan laluan kelima ke Vietnam. Condotel segment forecast to keep booming in 2018
Nguyen Tran Nam, Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VREA), said the occupancy rate of hotels in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City as well as luxury resorts exceeded 90%, describing room booking during holidays as a hard task. “Hundreds of thousands of rooms need to be built to meet tourists’ demand,” he said. Condotels and villa resorts have formed a new trend of investment in Vietnam in recent years, Nam said, citing more than 12,500 out of more than 22,800 available condotel apartments traded successfully in 2017 in major destinations like Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Phu Quoc and Binh Thuan in the central region and the northern province of Quang Ninh. Big domestic investors such as Vingroup, Sun Group and CEO Group have also invested in condotel projects. Vietnam’s SEZs to offer competitive regulatory environment compared to other countries: minister
Vietnam’s planned special economic zones (SEZ) will be a new “playground” for investors, offering an attractive and competitive regulatory environment compared to other countries in the region, a conference heard on Tuesday. “With participation of experts and researchers from across the country, we believe that the SEZ bill will be able to attract investors once it is approved by the National Assembly,” said Nguyen Chi Dung, minister of planning and investment at the 2018-2021 Economic Outlook conference. The minister affirmed that the establishment of SEZs does not impact Vietnam’s national security, sovereignty, environment or people’s health. The bill on SEZs has basically been completed after many modifications and suggestions, said Nguyen Van Phuc, former deputy chairman of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly.
