Sotto made the announcement on the noontime show “Eat Bulaga.” But before making the announcement, Sotto first joked saying, “Pilipinas at buong mundo, buntis ako (Philippines and the entire world, I am pregnant)!” His remark drew laughter from the audience, including his wife who was beside him. But the comedian quickly added, “Hindi po ako, ang aking asawa ang buntis (No, it’s not me, but my wife is pregnant).” Sotto, 63, and Luna, 28, tied the knot on January 31, 2016 at the St. James the Great Parish in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
