Blac Chyna Loses Stroller Deal After Fight Video Surfaces

April 4, 2018 by dailycaller.com

Blac Chyna is no longer the face of the stroller company Momiie after she was caught getting in a fight at Six Flags on Easter. The stroller fight appears to have been the last straw for company executives who said they could no longer move forward with their business relationship with the 29-year-old reality television star, according to TMZ Wednesday. WATCH: “[We] cannot excuse that sort of reaction and behavior particularly in a family resort around children,” a spokesperson for Momiie shared in a statement to the outlet. Sources claim that the partnership with Chyna was already on shaky ground over what head people at the company saw as “behavioral issue” by the former “Rob and Chyna” star and after a leaked sex tape in February surfaced. But the stroller brawl shut down the deal. The reality star was reportedly not only going to be the face of the company, but was working on a collaboration with Momiie to launch her own line down the road. On top of all … [Read more...] about Blac Chyna Loses Stroller Deal After Fight Video Surfaces

Watch Blac Chyna Get Violent With A Baby Stroller At Six Flags [VIDEO]

April 2, 2018 by dailycaller.com

Even on Easter Sunday, former stripper-turned reality TV star Blac Chyna doesn’t stop. Chyna, 29, caused a scene at Six Flags Magic Mountain in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, and judging by the videos, it’s one of her best exhibitions yet. It’s not immediately clear what set Chyna off on Sunday evening and it probably doesn’t matter. This isn’t her first brawl and it definitely won’t be her last. She yells a few unintelligible threats across the park before ripping her jacket off and lunging for her pink baby stroller. Luckily, her security guard stepped in and prevented her from doing any real damage but the footage is incredible. Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin Travis Forman, Portfolio Manager at Strategic Private Wealth Counsel - Harbourfront Wealth Management . Not to alarm you, but there may be a red flag in your portfolio. You might have a sound investment plan and be adequately diversified, but how are you protecting your purchasing power? Do you have inflation-fighting assets in your portfolio? Whether we acknowledge it or not, we are in an era of higher inflation. Just a couple of years ago, inflation was low, and interest rates were at rock bottom. As we know, this has changed significantly since then. While peak inflation of 9.1% in the United States and 8.1% in Canada may no longer be a reality, a swift return to the days of 2% inflation is also unlikely. If you need to hear it from someone other than me, the multinational investment corporation BlackRock agrees. Take It From Notre Dame Top Leaders: They Can Save NCAA From NFL, NBA, NILs And Just About Everything Else

March 27, 2023 by www.forbes.com

Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin Everything was true regarding what the two most powerful men associated with University of Notre Dame athletics wrote this week in an op-ed piece for the New York Times NYT about the state of college athletics. To paraphrase: Despite such things as CBS and Turner paying around $1 billion per year through 2032 for the men’s basketball tournament, doom and gloom are on the way for the NCAA, suggested Notre Dame president John I. Jenkins and Jack Swarbrick, the athletics director of the Fighting Irish. Among the evils cited by Jenkins and Swarbrick is the way college athletes are getting paid through name, image and likeness (NIL) deals. Well, some are, but the overwhelming majority of them aren’t. While quarterback Bryce Young finished his Alabama career in January earning an estimated $3.5 million in NIL deals, NIL platform INFLCR puts the median transaction at $53 . Which means if you think it … [Read more...] about Take It From Notre Dame Top Leaders: They Can Save NCAA From NFL, NBA, NILs And Just About Everything Else

The One State Bucking Nationwide Opioid Abuse Trends

March 27, 2023 by www.forbes.com

Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin Data from the National Institute on Drug Abuse show that drug overdose deaths have increased significantly since 2019, and opioid-involved overdoses are a top reason why. Indeed, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) notes on its website that "nearly 75% of drug overdose deaths in 2020 involved an opioid." Opioids are substances such as Vicodin, OxyContin, and Percocet that are commonly prescribed by doctors to treat patients for moderate-to-severe pain relief, but research shows that about a third of patients misuse them, and a staggering three million Americans abuse them - often to the point of addiction or overdose. And while opioid abuse has been getting significantly worse across America year after year over the past decade, one state has been more successful than any other in bucking the nationwide trend.
