August 17, 2022 by www.forbes.com

Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin Madden 23 releases on August 19, but I have had an opportunity to play the full retail version for the past 48 hours. Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin While working at Oscar Health, Gaurang Choksi realized a disconnect when it came to the inclusive care that diverse patients needed. He remembers that clients would come in looking for a health care clinician that represented them, but that wasn’t a possibility. Meanwhile, those patients would sometimes have difficulty connecting with doctors from other backgrounds, because their needs weren’t fully understood. This is the experience that led him to found Violet, a digital platform that allows clinicians to take courses to become skilled in diversity, equity and inclusion. On Monday, the company announced that it has raised $5.3M in seed funding. The seed round was led by SemperVirens Northwell Holdings, the venture arm of Northwell Health, The Venture Collective, Hopelab and Naomi Allen (founder and CEO of digital health company Brightline.) “Historically before Violet, what everybody would do is say, ‘what communities … [Read more...] about This Startup Just Raised $5.3 Million To Make Healthcare More Inclusive

That's why I'm constantly on a quest to figure out how to make better use of my time --and I know that's a mission for a lot of small business owners trying to balance the needs of work, family and a personal life. If like me you have weeks that seem to evaporate into thin air, you've need to take a pause (yes, even if it require carving out a few hours!) and figure out where your time is being spent. Track your time using a time journal , suggests time-management expert, Laura Vanderkam author of the new book Off the Clock: Feel Less Busy While Getting More Done as well as 168 Hours: You Have More Time Than You Think. Once you start seeing how your time is actually being spent (like scrolling through Instagram for 30 minutes before bed instead of reading) you'll be able to … [Read more...] about 5 Easy Tricks to Find More Time for Your Small Business
