The company has been offering a new amenity that feels particularly lux amid a pandemic: at-home testing for COVID-19. Related also has a deal with Mt. Sinai hospital, which has a medical facility at Hudson Yards, to do testing for nearby residents. For the rest of its buildings around Manhattan, Related is paying a team of nurses at Sollis Health to come to its buildings once a week to administer tests. Residents sign up for a time slot and pay for the test through their insurance. Turnaround times have been a quick 24 hours. Dr. Braunstein says Sollis Health is also looking into point-of-care tests so it can run the tests, speeding up results even more.
