There are no holidays for Filipino pride Sen. Manny Pacquiao and his opponent, defending champion Keith Thurman, as both fighters stayed in fight mode during the 4th of July festivities in the United States. While the fighting senator of the Philippines chose to train instead of resting, Pacquiao still sent a short message to the American people. “Happy fourth of July to all of you guys, enjoy the holiday,” said Pacquiao, who has been training in the US. Thurman, on the other hand, reminded his followers on Instagram on the real “fireworks” that is set to happen on July 20, fight day between him and Pacquiao. “Don’t forget July 20th we got real fireworks coming your way vs Manny Pacquiao stay tuned!” Thurman said.
