Casual dining chain Barbeque Nation has hired two additional merchant bankers, SBI Capital and Ambit Capital, and is preparing a fresh draft red herring prospectus to be filed with market regulator SEBI this month or early next month, sources told Moneycontrol. The Dhanani family-promoted Barbeque Nation, backed by private equity firm CX Partners, has been trying to go public since mid-2017. However, regulatory hurdles and unfavourable market conditions have delayed the planned Dalal Street debut.“SBI Capital and Ambit Capital have recently been appointed for the IPO and join IIFL & Axis Capital which had been taken on board earlier this year when the listing plans of the firm were revived. The target is to hit the markets before March 2020, but that may be challenging due to the tight timeline,” a source told Moneycontrol.The Dhanani family hold 45.7 percent in Barbeque Nation through a subsidiary of their listed flagship Sayaji Hotels. But nobody has employed shipping containers more inventively than Kalkin, a New Jersey architect and artist who has used them to design luxurious homes, museum additions, and refugee housing. In architectural circles, Kalkin is regarded as something of an oddball. He began his talk at the Urban Center in New York Tuesday night by playing the first five minutes of a Jerry Lewis movie, followed by the actor’s acceptance speech at the Academy Awards last month. advertisement The brown paper bags that McDonald’s hands out along with Happy Meals and fries are an unlikely art medium, but artist Yuken Teruya has managed to turn the grease-stained vessels into beautiful, delicate paper forests. In the Notice-Forest series, Teruya cuts one side of a paper bag in a tree shape. The cut-out tree is folded down so that it appears to be part of a diorama to onlookers who look inside the bag. According to Teruya, the diorama is meant to look like a real tree positioned against the shadows of other trees in a forest.  In other words, Teruya reclaims paper bags back into what they once were–trees. Teruya isn’t the only artist of late to take disposal fast food items and turn them into unexpected pieces of art.  Designer Scott Jarvie’s Clutch Light uses hundreds of plastic drinking straws to create a vibrant multi-colored lamp.
