Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin By Adrian Romero, CEO: Leading the way in transforming the future of work with Cápita Works . As a seasoned business leader with a proven track record in leading remote teams, I can confirm how important effective management is to driving innovation and growth in your company. In my experience, the flexibility and autonomy that come with remote work can lead to a boost in creativity and productivity from your employees. When people work in their preferred environment, they tend to be more efficient and produce higher-quality work. On top of that, the reduction in overhead costs and the availability of a globally diverse talent pool through nearshoring only add to the advantages you can obtain from effective remote management. Within organizations, loyalty is an employee's emotional commitment and dedication of energy and efforts to bettering their team and organization. Recent data conveys that loyalty is not only important but urgent for companies to create a culture of loyalty. According to the Gallup State of the Global Workforce survey , only 21% of employees reported being engaged. More than half of employees lack feelings of being completely valued , which leads to increased worry, stress and even anger. These feelings negatively impact an individual’s physical health, engagement, productivity and decision-making. McKinsey research found that nonfinancial recognition drives more than half of employee engagement. This insight is congruent with my research that suggests that if an individual isn't … [Read more...] about The 3 C’s Of Building Team Loyalty
