‘Overwatch 2’ Is Closing Out Season 2 With A Week-Long Double Match XP Event
Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin There’s only a week left of Overwatch 2 Season 2, which means there’s not a lot more time to unlock all the Battle Pass rewards if you haven't already done so. Blizzard is giving you a bit of a helping hand by offering double Match XP until February 6. If you’re on the premium track of the Battle Pass, I’d wager you want to get to level 80 to make sure you secure that rad Zeus Mythic skin for Junker Queen. I like it a lot and have unlocked it on both my accounts, so now I’m trying to get at least a few of the Prestige titles by leveling up some more. Bear in mind that the double XP doesn’t apply to challenges, only the XP you get by playing in and winning matches. Still, the bonus should give you a bit of a boost and help you crank through Battle Pass tiers more quickly. Economic Survey 2023: From the CEA comes #WhyIamNotLosingHopeinIndia
India’s macroeconomic parameters, spanning from growth to debt sustainability, are in sound condition. The economy will now begin to show the full virtuous effect of the reforms that the government has taken over the past years. These are the two points that Chief Economic Advisor V Anantha Nageswaran wants to drive home through the economic survey of 2023. The survey is rife with hope, stating that India’s growth outlook is better than it was in the pre-pandemic years. Banks are healthy, the digital revolution is making the economy more efficient — a large part of which is now formalised — and financial inclusion is at its peak. “It is a matter of time before its growth effects become persistent in the data. That is why we are optimistic that India will achieve an average of 6.5 percent real GDP growth in the medium term,” the survey says. To be sure, the CEA’s hope candle has enough fuel to burn. The surge in credit growth shows that a strong financial system can inspire … [Read more...] about Economic Survey 2023: From the CEA comes #WhyIamNotLosingHopeinIndia
Elon Musk wasn’t invited to World Economic Forum meeting at Davos, say organisers
The World Economic Forum says billionaire Elon Musk wasn't on the guest list for the annual meeting of business executives, global leaders and cultural trend-setters in Davos, Switzerland despite what the Twitter owner claims. Notables from European Union chief Ursula von der Leyen to actor Idris Elba are gathering in the ritzy Alpine town this week to talk about global issues ranging from war to climate change and technology's effects on security. Elon Musk wasn't there, though he says he was invited. Forum spokesman Yann Zopf knocked that down Tuesday, saying the last time the Tesla CEO got an invitation was “not this year and not recently - last time in 2015.” Musk said in a tweet Dec. 22: “My reason for declining the Davos invitation was not because I thought they were engaged in diabolical scheming, but because it sounded boring af lol.” He didn’t specify when he got the invitation, but the tweet's timing suggested it was for this year. Musk did not immediately … [Read more...] about Elon Musk wasn’t invited to World Economic Forum meeting at Davos, say organisers

It’s one of the ongoing narratives leading up to this Grand Slam, which starts January 16 at Melbourne, building up in momentum as it gets closer to the start date. Djokovic had a rough 2022, with his troubles starting in Melbourne when the staunch anti-vaccine advocate was deported from Australia, after spending some time in an immigration detention centre. But 2023 has started differently for Djokovic in Australia. The past transgressions have not been forgotten but set aside. He was welcomed … [Read more...] about Australian Open 2023: Novak Djokovic’s revenge, Rafael Nadal’s persistence
