BTS is a force to be reckoned with. The seven-member K-pop group first started back in 2013, but they have been making history in the United States since 2017, and their popularity continues to soar to new heights. Japanese zombie movie “One Cut of the Dead” has become a box-office hit in Japan but is still seeking US distribution. A bootleg version of the movie was uploaded to Amazon Prime in the US and UK just before the new year by a US user with a Prime Video Direct account, the movie’s distributor told Business Insider. Prime Video Direct is the company’s self-distribution arm that allows content to be uploaded for free and then made available on Amazon Prime. Movie distribution sources told Business Insider that the movie now faces an uphill battle to get released in the US. Japan’s “One Cut of the Dead” is the latest micro-budget indie film success story, but it’s faced a big setback in getting distribution in the US. Viet Nam News HÀ NỘI — South Korean A-list actor Ahn Sung-ki will attend the South Korea - Việt Nam Film Festival’s opening ceremony on December 15 in Hà Nội. This is a good chance for Korean movie fans in Hà Nội to meet Sung-ki, who is regarded as a Korean national icon and is one of the most famous artists in South Korea. Along with Lee Byung Hun, he was one of the first Korean actors to leave his footprints in Hollywood in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in 2012. "Sung-ki is a legend in Korean cinema," said the Korean Cultural Centre’s director and festival organiser Park Hye-jin.
