In a Facebook post, Sotto said he underwent a procedure called “platelet-rich plasma” (PRP) for both of his knees — injections commonly used to treat torn tendons, tendinitis, muscle injuries, arthritis-related pain, and joint injuries. “Kaya bilin ng Doktor, bawasan ko muna ang paglalakad hanggang bukas (August 14-15, 2022),” said Sotto. DepEd, ACT ready hotlines as school opening nears

Progressive teachers’ group Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) had already launched its “Bantay Balik-Eskwela Hotline” last week to gather reports, feedback, and updates on the Aug. 22 school opening. Don’t Expect Many Changes To 2023 NTT IndyCar Series Schedule
Share to Twitter Share to Linkedin The official announcement of the 2023 NTT IndyCar schedule is still a few weeks away, but two high-ranking officials of Penske Entertainment have confirmed the same venues will be on the schedule for next season. Both Penske Entertainment CEO Mark Miles and Penske Entertainment Vice President Michael Montri told me there are no new venues next season and no tracks will be taken off the schedule in 2023. In fact, both indicated the schedule will look virtually the same next season. What remains is tweaking the schedule in terms of race dates to fit with television partner NBC schedule. This year, 14 of the 17 races on the schedule were televised on NBC. Two more races – the June 5 Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix and the August 20 Bommarito Automotive Group 500 at World Wide Technology Raceway are on USA Network. Cops rescue 14-year-old cybersex victim in Bulacan

ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — A 14-year-old cybersex victim was rescued after police raided an alleged cybersex den in the City of San Jose del Monte in Bulacan province on Friday, August 12, the police said in a belated report on Sunday, August 14. Police also arrested the suspects identified as Ernesto Perualila, the alleged cybersex den operator; Jamar Gondran and Raymart Buenavista, all residents of Barangay (village) Sta. Cruz. Bulacan police chief Colonel Charlie Cabradilla said the rescued victim is a high school student who has been forced to perform lewd acts in front of computer cameras for an online audience. Cabradilla said the young victim was brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for medical examination.
