FORT OGLETHORPE, Ga. — A neighbor called 911 one night in January to report a burglary on Butterfly Lane Drive. She saw a boy knock out the screen of the back window, slip through and run away, holding a backpack. During the call, the neighbor found the woman who lived in the apartment, standing outside. The woman said no crime occurred. But the dispatcher asked to speak with her. Though prosecutors didn't have witnesses or DNA evidence placing him there, they had an alleged confession in which Moore said he helped plan the robbery of 46-year-old Bernard Hughes, not knowing it would turn fatal. That was enough for jurors in 2013 to convict Moore, now 32, of felony murder, attempted especially aggravated robbery, aggravated robbery, second-degree murder and employing a firearm during a dangerous felony. Amy Huschka Detroit Free Press Published 4:51 p.m. UTC Aug 8, 2018 Nathaniel Abraham was Tasered and arrested after allegedly punching three deputies this morning, according to a news release from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. Abraham, 32, of Pontiac had agreed to turn himself in at 8:30 a.m. at the 50th District Court for an outstanding warrant for indecent exposure. When Abraham didn't show up, Oakland County Sheriff's deputies began searching for him. Detectives spotted Abraham walking along southbound Baldwin Road at Montcalm. Deputies said that when they approached, Abraham fled. Deputies caught up to him at St. Clair Street, where Abraham allegedly resisted arrest, according to the release. Abraham reportedly punched three deputies, who used a Taser to subdue him. Abraham was cleared by EMS before being taken into custody at the Oakland County Jail.
