Billionaire Enrique Razon’s Prime Infra To Raise Up To $518 Million From Philippine IPO

The company plans to sell as much as 1.94 billion shares (including an overallotment option of up to 175.6 million shares) at a maximum price of 14.60 pesos each, according to the IPO prospectus it submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday. Testifying in the undersea tunnel graft trial, Zarul said the cash payment was part of a deal he made with Lim in March 2011.
