After opening to a limited subset of community-based lenders earlier this week, the second round of the federal Paycheck Protection Program will begin accepting applications from eligible lenders with $1 billion or less in assets on Friday, January 15, the Small Business Administration has announced. The U.S. is more divided than ever. Your business could be the bridge
In the lead-up to the November election, you may have noticed an uptick in a very specific flavor of company advocacy. A whole new legion of brands that, ordinarily, tend to stay out of politics started issuing calls to vote—and called it activism. “Encouraging registration is a way for a corporation to project a civic-minded, nonpartisan image at little cost,” Donald Green, a political scientist at Columbia University who studies voting, told The Atlantic. There are people playing games on Facebook who never touched a videogame before. I can treat these like pilot episodes of TV series. I can do an initial episode or smaller version of the game and, based on its success, come out with another iteration or larger scale piece on a step-by-step basis.“ … [Read more...] about Square Enix: A Tale Of Two Gaming Cultures
