Secondly, many are foldable and can be easily stored. Third, they’re generally fairly lightweight – allowing people to carry them into their office, appointment or home for storage when not in use. Fourth, they’re more agile to use. In many cases, you can ride them right up to the front door of wherever you’re going and won’t need to lock them up. Fifth, the wheels will never go flat. And sixth, e-scooters may be safer, as you can probably use them on the sidewalk in your area – away from the bike and car lanes. Most organizational leaders believe they are stepping up to meet worker needs, but employees don’t necessarily see it that way. According to new research by The Hartford, 82% of employers say their companies have improved access to workplace mental health services in recent years, but only 50% of workers agree. To close that gap – and to help fulfill President Biden’s call – many organizations are turning to digital mental health solutions. Ola Electric gets takedown notice from customer after making telemetry data public
An Ola electric scooter. A tussle between Ola Electric and a customer who had an accident while riding the company’s electric scooter has escalated into allegations of breach of privacy and integrity of data. The customer has sent a takedown notice to Ola Electric for allegedly violating privacy laws by publishing the scooter’s telemetry data on social media. The notice is in addition to claims by the customer about the vehicle’s allegedly faulty brakes and has drawn more flak for Ola, which is grappling with the issue of a vehicle catching fire and has recalled over 1,400 electric scooters to conduct 'diagnostic and health check'. The latest controversy dates back to March 26, when lawyer Reetam Singh was riding his father’s brand new Ola S1 Pro late at night on the Khanapara Highway in Guwahati, Assam.
