Podcaster Alex Jones got into a mouthy altercation with the judge at his defamation trial Tuesday. Judge Maya Guerra Gamble told Jones to spit out the gum inside his mouth during the course of testimony Tuesday, as seen in a clip shared on YouTube by the Law&Crime Channel. “It’s not gum,” Jones immediately responded. The judge asked Jones what was inside of his mouth, reminding him that food and gum are not allowed inside the courtroom, video shows. “I had my tooth pulled a week and a half ago,” Jones explained, saying that the gauze inside his mouth is causing him pain. “So you’re chewing on your gauze?” the judge responded. “Would you like me to show you?” Jones replied, seeming to pull the side of his mouth open and display it to the judge. “I was massaging the hole in my mouth with my tongue,” he continued, still showing the judge the hole inside his mouth despite protests from the judge. According to a tweet posted Thursday, James Caan’s family announced the sad news: “We regret to inform you that Jimmy passed away on July 6. We appreciate your love and heartfelt condolences and ask that you respect their privacy.” As a star of the 1970s and 1980s, James Caan vanquished Hollywood , disappearing from public view for what he called a “pretty scary period” before making his comeback in the late 1980s, winning acclaim for films such as Misery, The Yards, and Elf. (CTN News) – Tony Sirico, who played Paulie Walnuts in “The Sopranos” and brought his tough-guy swagger to “Goodfellas,” died Friday . The 79-year-old died. Tony Sirico died at an assisted living facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, according to his manager, Bob McGowen. It was not immediately clear what caused the death. The family of Gennaro Anthony Tony Sirico confirmed his death “with great sadness, but with a lot of love, pride, and fond memories.” McGowan, who represented Tony Sirico for more than two decades, described him as “loyal and giving.” For the Army veteran, that included helping ex-soldiers’ causes.
