In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday (May 18), Dynaciate said the proposed name has been approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) for the company on May 17, and is subjected to its shareholder’s approval at an extraordinary meeting to be convened at a date to be announced later. “The proposed change of name, if approved by the shareholders, will take effect from the date of issuance of notice of registration of new name under Section 28(4) of the Companies Act 2016 by CCM.
