The Racing LegendsPart 2 Last week, we talked about Arsenio “Dodjie” Laurel and he was a very fitting legend to start this series on “The Racing Legends.” There were a lot of people who never knew Dodjie and how he basically introduced racing in the country when it wasn’t much of a sport. They never knew he won Macau Grand Prix not once, but twice — in 1962 and 1963. That remains a feat hard to duplicate today. This week, my next racing hero is someone who knew Dodjie and even learned from him. I am very happy that I spent a great number of years watching him and even raced alongside him.
