Guests are now able to book a stay at the highly anticipated Shinola Hotel on Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit, which celebrated its grand opening on Wednesday.
The 129-room, eight-story, boutique hotel features a ballroom, conservatory and upscale Italian restaurant called San Morello. But hotel rooms at the new location aren’t cheap: Rooms go for $195 and up, with a prime penthouse suite costing about $1,000 per night.
