CAPE MAY — A person couldn’t ask for a more successful stop at a job fair than Grace Sokoll, of West Chester, Pennsylvania. Sokoll, 15, will be spending the entire summer in Cape May County. This is the first summer that she will have working papers. Sokoll appeared Saturday afternoon at the first Greater Cape May Job Fair in the Cape May Convention Hall. She was offered a summer job at the Ugly Mug Bar & Restaurant on Washington Street before she left the building. “They told me that they would call me about when to start,” Sokoll said. “It’s the job I wanted when I came in.” The Ugly Mug, Delaney’s Irish Pub and Grill and the Cape May Fish Market, which are all owned by Michael Slawek, were among the businesses that participated in the first Greater Cape May job fair, which was put together by the city of Cape May and Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May.
